三、 the working process of the shuttle rack

1. The stage of placing goods on shuttle shelves. First, use a forklift or the like to place the goods to be stored on the front end of the aisle guide rail of the shuttle rack, and then the shuttle trolley operated by radio remote control can easily move the loaded pallet goods on the guide rail under instructions from the handheld terminal. After the pallet goods arrive at the designated location, after parking the goods, the shuttle will automatically return to the front end of the rack track to continue the subsequent transportation of the goods.

2. The pick-up stage of the shuttle shelf. Similar to placing the goods, the shuttle trolley transports the goods to the front end of the rack track through instructions under the goods pallet, and the forklift rises to a parallel position to stably insert the goods and the pallet for transportation. In the actual use process, a trolley can be used on different rack rails, and the trolley can be placed on different racks by a forklift to perform efficient work of racks in different positions.

3. Mobile shuttle: The shuttle trolley can be placed in different lanes by forklifts, and multiple lanes can share one shuttle. The number of shuttle cars is determined by comprehensive factors such as the depth of the roadway, the total amount of goods, the shipment batch, and the frequency of shipments; the solution of this warehouse consists of a trolley pallet rack with a certain number of racks and a trolley for pallet storage , Transportation and storage system.

1. Large quantities and small samples: industries with large quantities of single varieties such as food, beverages, chemicals, tobacco, and relatively single items;

2. Cold storage operation: reduce low temperature operation time, improve work efficiency and work safety;

3. Term management: warehouses that have strict requirements on batches of goods and need first-in first-out operation management;

4. Increase storage capacity: storage space is limited, and a warehouse with a larger utilization space is required.
