Structural design:
Check the structural design of the shelf, such as the column to see whether the bending of the section can be more and average, the ordinary average symmetrical structure is better; and the beam to see the hook structure and connection mode of the beam, the hook should be more better, the more force the more stable, the contact between the hook and the column should be tight, tight structure without gap can better stress, and it will be more durable.
Appearance disposal:
The appearance of storage shelves will be treated by spray molding. The appearance of spray molding should be average and have strong adhesion, and check whether there are omissions on the inner edge of the column hole. If not, you can also gently tap to check whether the appearance is easy to be scattered, and the easily scattered ones are easy to rust. In addition, if the shelf is not well protected during transportation, it may be damaged, which should also be checked.
Size problem:
Under normal conditions, there is no difference between the size of the storage rack manufactured and the design, and the deviation is not too large. Therefore, we can measure the size at the time of acceptance to see whether the size of each part and the whole has a large deviation. If there is, it will prove that there may be work stealing and material reduction, or there is a problem in manufacturing and processing, which belongs to the scope of unqualified products.
