The warehouse building should meet the basic requirements of ventilation, lighting, fire control, and smooth logistics, and the floor flatness of heavy-duty shelf devices should conform to the relevant rules.
The bearing capacity of the warehouse floor is required to be obtained from the civil engineering party. This is very important. If the load of the warehouse floor exceeds that of the shelf, it will inevitably affect the floor, even cause the floor to sink or deform, or even collapse in serious cases, resulting in a safety accident. We should not consider setting up high-level shelves just to save space, but fully consider the weight of goods stored in high-level shelves.
In the shelf area, the settlement deformation of the shelf base floor should be less than 1 / 1000. It is worth mentioning here that after the bottom foot plate or base of the shelf column is fixed on the warehouse floor by the ground pile shrinkage bolt, the ground pile shrinkage bolt cannot be removed. If the shelf column needs to be changed due to forklift impact deformation, it can remove the bottom foot plate or the fastener connecting the base and column to change the column. It is not recommended to weld the shelf column and the bottom foot plate or base together, because the column can not be replaced, and it is not conducive to packaging and long-distance transportation.
Installation of heavy rack
Before the shelf installation, the installers should count the number of parts of the goods and classify them. When the number of parts is insufficient, they should make up for the shortage in advance. They should make clear the installation position of each kind of parts, and have a clear idea when installing.
After sorting out the goods, install the column piece first. When the column piece is more than four meters high, it needs at least four people to operate, and one person to fix the beam to build a simple frame. Then, according to the marking requirements on the drawings, the upper and lower spacing of each layer of beam is installed in place. After the shelves of each group are installed, they are connected into a row, straightened by pulling wires, drilled by impact drill after the layout is confirmed by customers, and the expansion bolts of ground piles are locked.
Carry out a final inspection on the shelf, repair the damaged parts by hand can paint twice in case of transportation problems, clean the whole warehouse, and finish the installation task.
The installation of heavy-duty shelves should be carried out according to the drawings. If any discrepancy is found between the construction and the design, it should be put forward in time. All kinds of measuring and testing instruments, instruments and equipment used in the installation shall comply with the provisions of current measurement regulations, and their accuracy level shall not be lower than the accuracy level required for installation.
