1. Double deep shelf. The main structure of the double-deep shelf is exactly the same as the ordinary heavy-duty shelf. The difference is that two rows of heavy-duty shelves are stored side by side. Originally, two rows of heavy-duty shelves share a forklift aisle, but now four rows of heavy-duty shelves share a forklift aisle. The line stores 2 times more pallets than ordinary heavy-duty racks. Because the storage capacity is much higher than that of ordinary heavy shelves, double-deep shelves are often used in cold storage shelves.
2. Through-type shelves. The through-type rack is also called the drive-in rack, and it is often seen in the cold storage. The through-type rack is different from other storage racks that need to reserve a forklift channel. It does not have a dedicated forklift channel. The forklift channel and storage space are integrated, and the forklift can directly drive into the channel to access the goods. Compared with other shelves specially reserved for forklift aisles, the space utilization rate of through-type shelves can be increased by more than 30%, so it is a commonly used storage shelf in cold storage shelves.
3. Shuttle racks. The shuttle rack is further improved and improved on the basis of the through rack. In addition to the high space utilization rate and through-type shelves, it also improves the access efficiency. Shuttle racks are semi-automated. Forklifts do not need to drive to the racks to store and retrieve goods. Instead, shuttle trolleys are used to transport goods, which greatly improves the efficiency of storage and retrieval. So for some refrigerated warehouses with frequent shipments and high storage efficiency requirements, shuttle racks are a good choice.
