After the heavy-duty rack is installed, it should be mainly identified from the following aspects
1. The main material of the shelf is generally cold-rolled steel profiles, preferably national standards. However, few manufacturers use national standards (mainly due to price). The easiest way is to experiment based on the agreed load.
2. The structure of the shelf, see whether the curved section of the shelf column is getting more and more uniform, the more even the left and right symmetrical structure of the shelf, the better. The rack beam depends on the hook structure of the beam and the form of the beam hanging on the column: the more hooks on the beam, the better, and the greater the force it can bear. The hook of the beam is hung on the column according to whether the contact between the hook and the column is close and consistent. The inner side of the hook should be close to the side of the column without any gap, so that the structure is stable, the force is good, and it is durable.
3. Surface treatment of the shelf. The surface spraying treatment of the shelf should be uniform and strong adhesion. Whether the surface of the shelf is evenly sprayed depends on whether the inner edge of the shelf column hole is missing. During the inspection, it is good to knock with a hard object. If it falls off easily, the shelf is easy to rust.
4. During the welding process, a uniform and complete joint must be seen (the shape of the fish scale is the best), no indirect or missing welding.
