The difference between the main shelf and the sub shelf

The shelf is divided into the main shelf and the sub shelf. What is the difference between them?

In the racking industry, the racks are usually divided into main racks and sub racks by convention.

Because modern shelf columns can generally be shared, that is, for example, two sets of shelves are connected to each other, then the first shelf needs columns on the left and right sides, which can be used independently. We call it the main shelf, the second connected shelf. One of the pillars does not need to be used, it is directly installed on the pillars of the first shelf, and only one side of the pillar is needed, which we call the sub-rack.

It can be seen from this that the main frame has columns on both sides, and the sub-frame has only one side. The main frame can be used and moved alone. The sub-frame cannot be used or moved alone. It needs to be connected with other shelves of the same type and model. .

Several shelves are connected in a row, each row of shelves only needs one main shelf, and the rest are auxiliary shelves.

If the site permits, the middle is not disconnected, then the main and auxiliary shelves can be connected indefinitely.

The number of main racks in the rack can be divided into as many rows (groups).

Main shelf: an independent set of shelves with two uprights.

Sub-rack: Assemble several groups into a row, then except for the first group which requires two pieces of uprights, the other racks can share a piece of uprights with the group in front of it.

For racks that move frequently, it is recommended to use all the main racks, and the racks connected to the main and auxiliary racks must move with the main rack.

Main frame: two pieces of uprights (one piece of uprights: two uprights plus a few horizontal and diagonal pulls.)

Beams: There should be two beams on the first floor.

Laminates: Laminates are placed on top of two beams.

Auxiliary frame: a piece of upright (a piece of upright: two uprights plus a few horizontal and diagonal pulls.)

Beams: There should be two beams on the first floor of the subframe.

Shelf: The shelf on the subframe is placed on top of the two beams.
