The standardized management of warehouses is one of the important tasks to ensure the rapid and efficient production of enterprises. Reasonable planning of cargo spaces and standardizing the process of accessing goods can effectively improve production efficiency and reduce the probability of accidents.
1. Convenient handling Whether it is entering or exiting the warehouse, the transportation route should be kept straight to reduce the movement distance of the transportation personnel, and there is no need to turn around in the middle of the shelf.
2. First-in, first-out For some products with a shelf life, the principle of first-in, first-out needs to be followed to prevent the goods from expiring.
3. Single logistics flow operation There should be a unique logistics entrance and exit between the warehouse shelves. One is to facilitate the management, and the other is to avoid collisions due to the carelessness of transport personnel.
4. Goods with high environmental requirements should be placed separately. Some goods have special requirements for humidity and temperature. These goods are not suitable for being placed together with other goods and should be managed separately.
5. Improve the turnover rate Different types of goods are used at different frequencies. For commonly used goods, they need to be placed near the warehouse entrance and are easily accessible.
6. The principle of uniqueness The same kind of goods need to be placed together and cannot be stored in two or more places.
7. Isolate easily mixed materials Materials with very similar appearance or names need to be placed separately to reduce the difficulty for transport personnel to pick up the goods.
8. The principle of facing the aisle The side with the name or label of the goods placed on the shelf should face the aisle, which is convenient for warehouse personnel to identify.
9. The principle of light on top and heavy on bottom Place heavy goods under the shelf, and light goods on top of the shelf to prevent the shelf from collapsing.
10. Reasonable collocation principle Allocate the goods reasonably according to the quantity of the goods, and do not disperse the goods to other locations because the cargo space is not enough.
11. Ensure the distance between the goods and the warehouse facilities. Top distance: 50cm from the roof or beam, 50cm from the lamps, 50cm from the outer wall, 30cm from the inner wall, 10-20cm for the column, and 10cm for the stack.
12. Overloading is strictly prohibited Each shelf has a rated load range, which needs to be fully considered before planning the storage space.
13. It is strictly forbidden for the goods to exceed the shelf. After the goods are placed on the shelf, the edge cannot exceed the shelf.
