Proper placement of shelves can extend service life
There are many shelf life that are vulnerable to damage quickly within the range of correct use, and all storage shelves, in principle, the idea of ??placing goods is regular. On the one hand, the layout of the shelves directly affects the warehouse. Space utilization, on the other hand, the correct placement of goods can effectively improve the quality of storage of goods and facilitate easy entry and exit of goods. It greatly reduces the manpower and disposal costs of the warehouse; so what are the ideas that need to be followed when placing the goods?
(1) Classified storage according to the characteristics of items, and store items with similar characteristics in a centralized manner;
(2) Store items with large unit volume and unit mass at the bottom of the shelf, and close to the outbound area and passage;
(3) Store items with high turnover rate in the most convenient location for loading, unloading and handling in and out of the warehouse;
(4) Store the items of the same supplier or the same customer in a centralized manner to facilitate the sorting and distribution operations.
