Carton Flow Racking

Carton Flow Racking system also known as fluency type rack、sliding type rack or fluency roller rack, uses roller aluminum alloy, sheet metal, and other fluency bars, and uses the self-weight of the goods rack to get goods from one channel for inventory and the other channel for FIFO, convenient storage, and one replenishment for many times. Fluent rack storage efficiency is high, suitable for short-term storage and selection of a large number of goods. It can be equipped with electronic labels to realize easy management of goods. Common sliding containers include turnover boxes, parts boxes, and cartons, which are suitable for a large number of goods and short-term storage and selection. It is widely used in distribution centers, assembly workshops, and warehouses with high delivery frequency.

The fluency bar of the sliding type rack is directly connected to the front and rear crossbeam and the middle support beam, and the crossbeam is directly hung on the pillar. The installation inclination of the fluency bar depends on the size, weight of the cargo box, and the depth of the fluency bar, usually 5% - 9%. The bearing capacity of the fluency roller is 6 kg/piece. When the goods are heavy, 3-4 fluency rollers can be installed in one roller track. Generally, a support beam is installed every 0.6m in the depth direction to increase the rigidity of the fluency bar. When the raceway is long, the raceway can be separated by a partition plate. Brake pads shall be installed at the pick-up end to slow down the goods and reduce the impact.
