The first category should be dealt with first, but the second category should be concerned most.
Exercise is also a second phenomenon. It is not urgent, but we must pay attention to it. In the factory, there are many such things that we have missed out and only focus on the first phenomenon.

Preparation and planning.
If you are in a hurry, you don't plan. You do it in a hurry. You only find that you are wrong after half of it. That is to say, you shoot first and then aim. In this way, you often miss the target, so you must plan first.
If you don't get ready, you'd better do it later. Make sure you're ready to do it. If you're not ready, take a little time to prepare.
preventive measure
In fact, in general, fire prevention is much more important than fire fighting. If it's fireproof, there's no need to put out the fire.
Clarification of values
Tell the worker he's working for himself. Work hard. After doing well, you can earn more money, learn more and make progress. After he knew it, he was far from knowing it. "I want to do it" was different from "ask me to do it". Therefore, this issue needs to be clarified slowly. If it is not clarified, many problems will arise later.
