1. Using square tube production: cantilever shelf according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, first select the square tube that meets the layer load requirements, cut into the required size, weld the anti-skid guard plate at one end, and weld the U-shaped column connector at the other end.

2. It is made of C-shaped steel: according to the corresponding cantilever layer load requirements, the specification of C-shaped steel is selected first, and then two pieces of C-shaped steel are butt welded. After welding, the anti-skid guard plate is welded at one end, and the U-shaped column connector is welded at the other end.

The cantilever racking column piece and column piece are connected by a connecting rod, which is generally made of rectangular tube. In order to increase safety and stability, a flat iron back pull is added on the connecting rod to firmly fix the column piece.
