Working Principle:

Inventory: the goods are placed at the front end of the rack Lane guide rail by forklift, and the shuttle car operated by radio remote control can carry the pallet goods to run on the guide rail;

·Pick up: the shuttle moves the pallet deep in the rack to the front end of the rack and uses the forklift to remove the pallet goods from the rack;

·Mobile shuttle: the shuttle can be placed in different roadways by forklift, and multiple roadways can share one shuttle. The number of shuttles is determined by roadway depth, total cargo volume, shipment batch, shipment frequency, and other comprehensive factors; the space utilization rate is more than 80%!

Scope of Application:

·Large quantity and small sample: food, beverage, chemical industry, tobacco, and other industries with a large batch of single varieties and relatively single items.

·Increase storage capacity: applicable to warehouses with limited storage space and need to maximize space utilization.

Our characteristics:

1. Our Shuttle Rack is equipped with a standard load of 1.0T, a full load of 0.6-0.8m/s, and a no-load of 0.8-1.0m/s.

2. Our Shuttle Rack uses a lithium iron phosphate battery, which is specially used for the power battery of mobile devices, It's OK to work for 8-10 hours. The battery is maintenance-free. We have two batteries in parallel. It does not affect the normal operation of the shuttle rack if there was a problem with one battery.

3. Each project can be equipped with a rescue vehicle. When the equipment fails, the rescue vehicle and people can be placed in the designated passage by forklift. People are standing on the rescue vehicle. People approach the shuttle by shaking the rescue vehicle, and then tie the chain buckle on the rescue vehicle to the iron ring in front of the shuttle, and then drag the shuttle to the port by shaking.
