Be prepared!!!
Strengthen the first dispatch: quickly mobilize reinforcements to ensure the supply of fire extinguishing agents to prevent interruptions in the water supply and delay the fighters.
Reconnaissance and inquiry: After arriving at the scene, conduct fire reconnaissance quickly, ask insiders, and find out the situation of the fire scene. Find out where the warehouse is on fire, the name, quantity, main hazard, scope of combustion, the way the fire spreads, whether water or foam can be used to fight the fire; find out whether there is an explosion hazard in the fire site, and if an explosion has occurred, it needs to be found out Personnel casualties and trapped conditions, the degree of damage to the building, and whether there is a risk of re-explosion; to find out the warehouse building structure, layout, and partition storage of hazardous chemicals; to find out the storage conditions of adjacent warehouses and the degree of fire threat.
Alert and evacuation: Set a reasonable alert range, and evacuate nearby residential areas when necessary. The evacuation radius depends on the specific conditions. Reasonably design the evacuation route to be able to evacuate in time when danger occurs. Arrange the positions reasonably and adjust the deployment of forces in a timely manner according to the on-site situation.
Fire extinguishing agent selection: the choice of fire extinguishing agent, most flammable and combustible liquids should be extinguished with foam; water-soluble organic solvents should be extinguished with alcohol-resistant foam; combustible gas should be extinguished with extinguishing agents such as carbon dioxide, dry powder and halogenated alkanes; toxic gases, acids (alkali ) Liquid can be extinguished with misty water or flowering water; when conditions are available, it is more effective to use alkaline water for acid solution and acidic water for lye. All flammable solid fires can be extinguished with water and foam; carbon dioxide, dry powder, cement, and dry sand should be used to extinguish the fire of flammable materials when wet, but the use of carbon dioxide extinguishing agent should be careful to prevent suffocation; light metal fires (such as potassium, sodium, aluminum) , Magnesium, etc.) It is best to use graphite powder, sodium chloride and special light metal fire extinguishing agents to fight the fire. When fighting dust fires, it is forbidden to use pressurized fire extinguishing agents to spray, which can easily blow up the dust and form an explosive mixture with the air to cause an explosion.
Warehouse building fire fighting tactics: If it is a warehouse building fire, when there are no wet and flammable products in the warehouse, an offensive position should be quickly set up to eliminate the building fire, and spray or bloom jets to protect the contents of the warehouse; a small amount of incidents in the warehouse When wet and flammable products are wet, organize personnel to evacuate these items first, and then eliminate the building fire; when there are a large number of wet and flammable products in the warehouse, use oil cloth or plastic film and other tarpaulins to cover the wet and flammable materials. Then put out the fire in the building, and immediately after the fire is extinguished, organize forces to transfer the damp flammable products that have been exposed to water or are still in the wet area to a safe area.
Hazardous chemical disaster fighting tactics in the warehouse: If the hazardous chemicals in the warehouse catch fire, and the burning hazardous chemicals in the warehouse can be extinguished with water and foam, immediately organize the force to use water or foam to extinguish the fire to protect other adjacent hazardous chemicals. At the same time, deploy forces to cool and protect the warehouse structure and eliminate the threat of fire to the warehouse. If it is barreled liquid or bottled gas, water should be used to cool barrels and bottles threatened by fire to prevent explosion. While extinguishing the fire, certain forces should be deployed to evacuate items threatened by the fire to reduce fire losses; when the hazardous chemicals in the warehouse cannot be extinguished with water or foam, dry powder, cement, sand, carbon dioxide and other extinguishing agents should be selected For firefighting, if sufficient fire extinguishing agent cannot be deployed in a short period of time, force should be deployed to protect adjacent warehouses, evacuate items in adjacent warehouses, and organize forces to extinguish the fire after the fire extinguishing agents are in place.
Simultaneous fire fighting tactics: If the warehouse building and the storage in the warehouse catch fire at the same time, quickly organize forces to set up defensive positions to stop the fire from spreading to adjacent warehouses; target the use of fire extinguishing agents on the premise of identifying the characteristics of the inventory of dangerous chemicals During the rescue, pay attention to the protection of the warehouse frame to prevent collapse.
Personnel protection: do a good job of personal protection for front-line commanders and fighters. Firefighters who enter the dangerous area should wear a full set of personal protective equipment, wear chemical protective clothing, and use spray jets as appropriate for cover; when extinguishing hazardous chemical warehouses with explosive risks, Before the explosion, personnel should be organized to evacuate according to the scheduled route in time.
On-site cleaning and decontamination: After the hazardous chemical warehouse fire is extinguished, the site must be thoroughly cleaned up to prevent re-ignition, and the fire site and exhibitors, vehicles, and equipment must be fully decontaminated. The evacuated hazardous chemicals shall be vigilant and stored separately. Fire-fighting sewage and decontamination sewage should be collected and treated centrally, and should not be discharged randomly.
