Material

This mass shelf is made of a cold-rolled steel sheet.

Structure

① This mass shelf has a frame structure, mainly made up of chassis, upright frames, shelves, top board, door board, driving mechanism, brake device, and anti-tilt mechanism.

② Driving mechanism has bidirectional surpass clutch structure, which is driven by precise rollers. This mechanism makes driving convenient and smooth without any noise. In addition, the handle can be folded, which makes no obstacle to the passageway.

③ There is a brake device above the handle on each sideboard, and a lock system near it can lock the whole line.

④ Touching faces between every two lines are installed with PVC-NBR magnet sealing tape, which makes full closing between two lines. We use a cold rolling steel sheet on the top board as a dust-free board, and there is a rat-proof device on the chassis.

⑤ There is an anti-tilt mechanism and security positive stop, which can ensure the safety of going through passway between every two lines.

Size

① Each unit: 2320 MM(H)*900 MM(W)*560MM(D)，and it can be adjusted according to customer’s requirements.

② Number of shelves for each unit can be chosen by the customer. Our standard product has 6 shelves for one unit. The net height for each shelf is 320mm.

③ Height from the bottom shelf to the ground surface is 175mm.

④ Width of upright frame is 50mm.

⑤ Distance between every two contiguous holes is 43mm.

⑥ Height from handle to the ground is 950mm.

Appearance

After installation, there is no sharp angle or edges. The structure is very strong without loose. Surface coating is smooth with even powder coating.

After powder coating: Gloss index is 60%-70%, Rigidity ≥0.4.impact strength≥4N·M, adhesive force is no less than 2nd degree and thickness of paint film ≥20μm.

This product has good decay resistance, with a decay resistance strength of 100H.

The minimum load for each shelf is 100kgs.

Production method

① Procedure steel sheet: cutting, punching, bending, inspection, spot welding, electric welding, inspection, powder coating, installation, finish inspection, and packaging.

② Pretreatment: Steel sheet is treated with an auto production line of pre-degrease, degrease, water washing, Degreasing—cold water washing—de-rusting--cold water washing--neutralization--surface adjust –steam phosphating--cold water washing--heat inactivation--powder coating-- solidifying—inspection.

③ Painting method： Electrostatic powder coatings spraying, which is to make a high-voltage electrostatic field between spring gun and steel sheet.
